Pinkston’s campaign for Numerof & Associates began with the launch of founder Rita Numerof’s latest book – co-written with Michael Abrams – “Bringing Value to Healthcare: Practical Steps for Getting to a Market-Based Model.” This led to coverage and excerpts across many healthcare media outlets.

That campaign quickly transitioned into a broader effort to position the company in ongoing conversations about the shifting healthcare market. Pinkston’s approach to thought leadership is based on the understanding that few companies or individuals have the global influence to drive media conversations from start to finish, so we work aggressively to position clients like Numerof as resources for information and insight into news of the day.

Pinkston also developed and now manages Rita Numerof’s social media presence, including daily Twitter posts and interactions with followers, many of whom are leading executives in the space.

Since engaging Pinkston, Numerof spokespeople have taken part in nearly 500 media interviews with outlets ranging from virtually all healthcare trade publications to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, FOX Business and the front page of USA Today.

The firm’s annual State of Population Health survey is now a benchmark report on the progress that’s been made towards value-based models of care.
