David leads an experienced and growing team of digital, creative, production, marketing and research professionals at Pinkston. He specializes in designing and executing integrated campaigns that draw on a wide array of communications and strategy functions to deliver tangible impact for clients.
His executive experience includes close partnership with partners across a wide array of industries, including nonprofit, political communication, advocacy, technology, entertainment and health care. Over 18 years at Pinkston, his clients have included the UN World Food Programme, Amazon, Stryker, World Relief, Stride, Inc., the Consumer Technology Association, the Coalition for Public Safety, Justice Action Network, the American Enterprise Institute, the Heritage Foundation, and many more, including individual thought leaders, senators and congressmen.
David's background includes extensive experience in business development and client management, particularly in the publishing and advertising fields. Prior to joining Pinkston, David spent 12 years as president of a full-service advertising sales and business development firm, where he managed programs that helped companies develop and increase revenue through coalition development, special-product marketing, sponsorship development, advertising sales and more.
He is based in Virginia and is an alumnus of Liberty University.
