As a Vice President, Amy is responsible for developing and executing campaign strategy on behalf of her clients, with a focus in the education and health care sectors.
Amy brings to Pinkston public policy expertise and her experience working in a fast-paced environment where crisis communications was a frequent occurrence. Her ability to see the ‘big picture’ allows her to help clients shape and effectively communicate a core message. Amy leverages her political office and campaign experience to deliver tactful messaging that makes an impact.
Prior to joining Pinkston, Amy was the Communications Director and spokeswoman for a U.S. Senator from Arizona and a U.S. Representative from Oklahoma. During her time on Capitol Hill, she secured placements in numerous national publications as well as interviews with ABC, MSNBC, Fox News, CNBC, and other major newsrooms.
Amy attended Furman University in Greenville, SC where she graduated cum laude with a double major in Communication Studies and Political Science.
