The Challenge

ClearForce is an analytic behavioral risk management company that provides early and ongoing discovery of individual pressure, stress, misconduct and crime. Pinkston has worked with the ClearForce leadership team to support a variety of business objectives since 2019, with a heavy focus on earned media around key campaign themes.

ClearForce’s Objectives

ClearForce charged Pinkston with building awareness of its technology platform, which integrates analytical automation and human interaction with real time “push” based alerting of behavioral anomalies and patterns of compounding pressure.

Pinkston’s thought leadership strategy has positioned ClearForce and its executives as authoritative voices on a wide range of issues, from workplace threats and toxicity to veteran suicide prevention and financial fraud. National coverage included appearances in The New York Times, Forbes, CNN, Fox News and Morning Consult.

Results

A regionally-focused strategy around target markets has helped to advance local sales efforts. ClearForce identified South Carolina, Nevada, Arkansas and Florida as target markets for veteran suicide prevention efforts. The team secured coverage for months across all four markets, helping to raise awareness of this critical issue and support continued discussion with agencies that support veterans.

Much of the work around workplace issues was summarized in a white paper on workplace scandals and how the ClearForce solution can address some of the biggest issues facing businesses today.
