Matthew J. Dick is a senior PR specialist working strategically with political and business clients in the healthcare, tech, and education spaces. He is primarily responsible for developing and executing national, regional, targeted, and digital media campaigns consistently across multiple client accounts, as well as crafting public relations messaging and strategy.
In his time with Pinkston, Matt has secured hundreds of client interviews with media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, USA Today, The Washington Post, NPR, Business Insider, Politico, BuzzFeed News, CBS News, Fox Business, Axios, Fortune, CQ Roll Call, Bloomberg News, and more. He has generated millions in media value, ghostwritten client content, managed client social media presences, placed dozens of op-eds, and has worked with television, print, and radio across the country.
Prior to joining Pinkston in 2018, Matt was an award-nominated music industry publicist with a track record working with The Orchard, Live Nation, Sony RED, and others. His diverse background has given him an adaptive, fast-paced approach to PR.
Before he earned his bachelor’s degree in communication and public relations from The University of Maryland, Matt studied public policy from inside his winter jacket at Syracuse University. He is a Washington, D.C.-area native and still hasn’t been on a Segway tour.
