As senior account executive at Pinkston, Matt is responsible for leading targeted public relations and communications campaigns for nonprofit and advocacy clients.
He brings with him extensive experience in journalism, public relations, and news analysis, having reached a variety of audiences through articles, social media posts, written statements, and op-eds. With his knowledge of what makes for a compelling story, he can provide valuable insights for successful campaigns.
Prior to joining Pinkston, Matt was political editor at a global Catholic news outlet. He previously served as a press secretary for a U.S. congressman from New Jersey and as a news analyst monitoring cable news coverage of several state and federal election cycles.
Matt is a member of the Knights of Columbus and has served as co-chair of the Leonine Forum’s Intellectual Committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Christendom College in Front Royal, Virginia.
