Through her roles with Pinkston’s faith-based clients, Laurie is responsible for serving as a senior advisor and providing leadership to and implementation of op-eds authored by the leadership of a number of clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in communications strategy and content creation on a national and global scale, Laurie has a broad understanding of the faith-based space and the intersection of faith and culture. She is a storyteller at heart–committed to not just telling others’ stories, but helping them tell their own.

Prior to joining Pinkston, Laurie served as Director of Communications and Editorial at the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center and Managing Editor of the most widely-read Christian missions journal in North America. Over the years, she has edited and compiled dozens of books and has written hundreds of articles that have appeared in national publications as diverse as Christianity Today and The Washington Post. She is the founder of Common Good Communications, which provides communications strategy and content creation to non-profit organizations. Laurie holds a BA in Journalism and Communications from Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, IN) and a MA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL).
