Emma Hogsett

Account Executive
Emma Hogsett BW

As an Account Executive at Pinkston, Emma works with faith-based and nonprofit organizations serving as a liaison between clients and media outlets. She uses her background in communications to implement targeted strategies and achieve positive media engagement for each client.

Having worked with faith-based organizations in the past, Emma brings unique knowledge and background to the team. As the daughter of a pastor, she has dedicated time and energy toward knowing and serving local churches, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations throughout her life. In November 2018, she started a small business hand-painting Bible covers and other pieces of art specially designed for each customer. This helps her understand how to tailor work to the unique characteristics of each client and organization she works with.

Prior to joining Pinkston, Emma served as Communications Coordinator for Fall Creek Abbey, a faith-based urban retreat house in Indianapolis, IN, where she developed and executed communication strategies for products and events, and edited, designed, and helped publish a book. She also worked as the Graphic Designer for the Indiana Conference of The United Methodist Church communications team. There, she designed and wrote materials to be distributed to clergy and church members across Indiana.

Emma studied at the University of Indianapolis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, listening to true crime podcasts, and finding the best iced lattes at local coffee shops.
