As a Senior Strategy Associate, Benji is responsible for supporting project-based client engagements that focus on multi-functional, C-suite level business challenges. Benji works within the Pinkston Strategy team to structure ambiguous business problems and develop a logical, data-driven point of view on how to implement solutions.
Prior to joining Pinkston, Benji worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture where he helped state and local governments define strategic plans, set and execute mid- and long-term visions, gather community input, make data-backed decisions, and optimize federal funding (predominantly CARES, ARPA, and IIJA). Through his work, Benji developed a unique perspective on the relationship between public and private enterprises as well as the intricate stakeholder dynamic within each sector.
Benji graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Foster School of Business and Honors College at Baylor University. Benji completed the Baylor Business Fellows, Finance, and Economics majors with a minor in Mathematics.
