Andrés oversees Pinkston’s integrated brand, creative and digital offering, leading a team of branders, designers, analysts, content producers and marketers in creating and re-imagining brands with a specific focus on developing rich, multi-channel experiences, campaigns, films and design systems.
During his career at several award-winning marketing agencies, Andrés has had the privilege of developing brand strategies, campaigns and digital experiences for leading organizations domestically and abroad. He oversaw the rollout of the U.S. Army’s “Army Strong” campaign in key U.S. segments and geographies, led the development and launch of the new global design system adopted by the Washington [D.C.] Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for all consumer touchpoints, and launched the first online marketplace for U.S. federal procurement that saw over $1 billion in transactions flow through the portal. He’s also worked with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, The British Council, L-3 Communications, and a host of ambitious start-ups.
Prior to joining Pinkston, Andrés spent 10 years as a chief marketer on the client side, working with marketing, sales, product and communications functions to create integrated revenue teams and processes that accelerate growth. He’s focused on brand-led growth strategies rooted in creativity, data and technology to support profitable growth
Andrés is a regular speaker at industry conferences and panel debates. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and recently completed a course in entrepreneurship from Babson College.
