Pinkston is looking for a clever and motivated self-starter to direct our business development and client services efforts.
The Director of Client Services is responsible for managing incoming new business inquiries, identifying and pursuing new business leads, assisting the President and Director of Operations with onboarding new clients, liaising between the President and internal Pinkston teams, supporting the President in managing client relationships, and handling other duties as assigned. Moderate travel is required.
Qualified applicants should have past experience in communications and PR, possess an acute ability to write to and communicate with various stakeholders, have a keen eye for detail, be an organized project manager, and excel at tracking and executing action items. Prior sales experience is a plus. Prior GSA Schedule experience is a big plus.
Self-starters capable of independently identifying and filling needs thrive in Pinkston’s fast-paced environment. While our team is spread across the country, this position is based in our headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia, just inside the Capital Beltway. Remote work is not available for this position.
